Return eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
- Free from stains, damage, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
To request a return:
- Contact our Customer Care team with your order number.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Securely package your item and send it to the provided return address.
- Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Please do not return items without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Exchanges
Need a different size or received the wrong product?
Contact our support team and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.
Return shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Lil Leaders will cover the return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated during a promotion.
