Every Lil Leaders design begins with a purpose. We create products that encourage children to embrace who they are today while inspiring who they can become tomorrow. From premium materials to meaningful storytelling, everything we make is designed to leave a lasting impact beyond the classroom.

A simple question changed everything
Lil Leaders was born from a conversation between two parents and their five-year-old daughter. As she prepared for kindergarten, she wondered why none of the characters on her clothes looked like her.
That innocent question sparked a much bigger mission.
Co-founders Christopher Sarpy and Ingrid Sarpy realised many families were searching for children's products that celebrated diversity, ambition and positive representation—but found very few options available.
In 2016, Lil Leaders was created to change that. Today, every collection continues that mission by helping children see themselves as future doctors, scientists, entrepreneurs, artists, engineers and countless other possibilities.
